During a joint workshop held in Bangalore in November 2015, the project team conducted a feasibility study for an Indo-Swiss competence and innovation centre for architecture, engineering and design. The centre is to be located on the campus of a school of architecture and is intended to bridge the gap between academic education and vocational training. It will also serve as an exchange and networking platform for researchers, practitioners, companies and authorities from both countries. The feasibility study was presented to partners and interested parties in India in December 2015 and in Switzerland in January 2016.
