The Management Board is the highest executive body of the Swiss Society of Engineers and Architects (SIA). The Board, which represents the Society in dealings with others and coordinates the work of all SIA bodies, consists of the SIA President and at least eight other members. There are currently 10 members. 

The chairmen/chairwomen of the Central Commission on Standards and Regulations and the SIA Training Committee are ex-officio members of the Management Board. The other seats are allocated to professional groups on the basis of their number of members. Each professional group has at least one seat on the Management Board. 

All members of the Management Board are elected by the Delegates' Meeting for a two-year term (renewable by re-election). The General Secretary plays an advisory role on the Management Board
